One-to-One Consultations

Foundation (6 week programme)

This is an introductory programme to help you put in place the fundamentals of nutrition for healthy ageing based on your individual goals and symptoms. You may want to learn how to support your cognitive health as you age or support your changing metabolism after menopause. It is also a good option if you are not sure about committing to a longer programme. We will review your current health and health history, your diet, any tests and supplements and work together on sustainable changes that work for you.

Thrive (12 week programme)

This programme may be appropriate for you if you are recovering from a health crisis, have an ongoing health issue or simply want more hands-on support to optimise your long-term health. Work with Janey to investigate the potential nutritional and biochemical imbalances that are undermining your health, learn what foods to eat for your biology and feel empowered to make sustainable nutritional and lifestyle changes that will work for you. After every session, you will receive a clear action plan that you can get started on straight away.

We will work together over three months as it can take time and detective work to develop a full picture of what’s going on inside and to see changes. Functional laboratory testing may be recommended to gain fuller insight.

Taster (One off consultation)

Janey will see you for a single appointment if you have no major health concerns but would like to make some changes to your diet and need some advice on where to start or you have existing blood test results and need some help interpreting and actioning them.

Kitchen workshops

Nourish (coming soon)

Spend a couple of hours learning about the interaction between food and a particular body system or health condition, discover which nutrients are supportive and be inspired with some simple recipes. When it comes to cooking, it is easy to get stuck in a rut and sometimes all it takes is a few clever ideas to transform everyday ingredients into dishes that are healthy but also bursting with colour and flavour.

Janey is a super keen home cook, a devotee of Ottolenghi and has completed the Nutrition in Culinary Practice NTEC accredited course at Leith’s School of Food and Wine.
