Janey is a Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Hammersmith. She helps men and women take control of their long term health at midlife, menopause and beyond.
Her mission is to help her clients age healthily from the inside out.
It all starts with food. What you eat is fundamental to how well you age, affecting every system of the body from your gut to your heart to your brain to your bones and influencing your susceptibility to chronic lifestyle diseases.
Janey works one-to-one with clients to investigate existing health issues and risk factors using functional laboratory testing as appropriate and empowers them to make sustainable changes to what they eat so they can be happier and healthier for longer.
She is a passionate foodie and firmly believes that making changes to your diet should never be a chore or a sacrifice and that food should be a source of joy as well as nourishment.
Healthy ageing from the inside out.

Eat for your biology
There is no single blueprint for healthy eating. What is optimal for your health may not be optimal for the next person: we are all different.
Your biochemical individuality is shaped by your DNA, your microbiome, your lifestyle and your environmental exposures. It is all of these factors which influence your responses to food and how well you age.
Work with Janey to tune into your biology and learn what foods are right for you.
She has access to a wide range of functional tests which can provide more specific insight and inform a plan that is highly individualised, takes account of what you like to eat and cook and works for your lifestyle.
